Residents for House of Mission in Pyrenees, France
Pyrenees mission - join Jeanne and Stuart Beaumont in this potential house of mission

CMS mission associates Stuart and Jeanne Beaumont have been trying to serve the Lord as well as they can in France for nearly 40 years, 26 of which have been spent in remote rural areas in or near the Pyrenees.
They see small missional communities as being the best way to reach out to rural people with the Gospel and have a large house (8 bedrooms) ready for use as a mission base in the Pyrenees.
Recently, Jeanne has become physically handicapped, and the medical people don’t think Stuart will be able to look after her adequately on his own, even with outside medical help. So they are offering free board and lodging in exchange for a little help with and encouragement to Jeanne.
Unless some other Christians join Stuart, to help with both Gospel outreach and looking after Jeanne, she will have to go into a specialised care home an hour or so’s drive away for the rest of her life, where Stuart would not be allowed to live.
If you feel that God might be calling you to participate in this ministry, or if you would just like to know a bit more about the people, the project and the place (if you like mountains and winter sports, this could be God’s place for you!!) please contact Pippa Soundy at CMS Oxford.
