Aamir Shahzad
Aamir has been running the CMS office and guest house in Islamabad since 2008, before which he ran a drug rehab project in Islamabad, partnered by Tearfund and CMS. A trained and certified drugs worker, Aamir leads the national Drug and AIDS Workers Network (DAWN) of Christian projects in this field. Aamir studied business and has hands on experience of project management, planning, implementation and evaluation. He is actively involved in mobilising people for local missions – and has formed a network of mission prayer groups across Pakistan. He is married to Sheeba, a teacher, and they live in Rawalpindi with their two children Azwer and Azel.

Jo Hazelton
Jo is the CMS regional personnel officer for South America and Iberia. She was involved with SAMS (South American Mission Society) since 2002 initially as a youth volunteer, joining the SAMS staff team in 2008 and moving to work with in Oxford as part of the SAMS/CMS integration process in the summer of 2009. As well as two more short term mission trips to Kenya (2005) and Tanzania (2009), she has lived for a year in Argentina (2006) and also took a team to Nicaragua for four months (2007) with Latin Link.

David Wilkie
David works with Streetspace in Weston-Super-Mare. Each week they send out small teams of volunteer youth workers to walk around the streets and parks of the Bournville estate to chat with, listen to, and get to know local young people. This 'detached youth work' is a way of engaging those young people considered 'hardest to reach'. They also encourage youth workers to live locally so that they can experience and share the same life patterns as those living on the estate. It is important to us that we are considered neighbours and friends.
