Sharing Jesus, Changing Lives
CMS Harvest resources

CMS Harvest resources 2010

Welcome to Harvest resources with CMS. Download the PDFs below for your free Harvest service outline and resources.

They are full of ideas for you to adapt according to your circumstances, and are designed to be flexible enough to be used as part of a Holy Communion service, a service of the Word, or a stand-alone act of worship.

There is a choice of two different resources.
  • Harvest for the World
These resources explore different connected aspects of harvest, moving from local harvest, to global harvest, to the harvest that changes the world as a result of people living in the way of Jesus. The materials also contain stories of hope and encouragement from our mission partners in South America.

  • We are God’s Field
These resources explore three interlinked aspects of harvest: 1) Thanking God for the harvest of food and work connected with it 2) Recalling Jesus’ command to his disciples to go out to proclaim the good news to those with spiritual hunger 3) Praying for those who work as mission partners and teachers, and committing ourselves to work in partnership with God.
