The Church Mission Society (CMS) invites like-minded charities to share in their unique, high quality, modern office accommodation in Oxford.


Currently home to five Christian organisations, the CMS facilities offer not only a convenient place for work, but an extraordinary space for people to share ideas and grow together.

If you’re going to rent office space, why not choose a building with a firm foundation in faith?

What can we offer?

We are able to offer office space on a serviced desk basis from 1 to 40 desk spaces. These are primarily in open plan areas, although for larger organisations we may be able to arrange a mix of open plan and small office.



The charge for each serviced desk includes cleaning, heating, lighting, rubbish collection and on-site facilities management together with business rates (assuming charity mandatory relief applies).

In addition, it includes:
  • chair, under-desk drawer unit, light, small shelf, plus an allocation of general storage in cabinets or cupboard
  • staffed reception facilities, access to the building during standard hours and postal facilities
  • access to communal areas – reception, cafe, Crowther Centre, library, bridge area, prayer room and a small kitchenette
  • use of cafe facilities at subsidised prices
For longer term arrangements alternative legal frameworks can be considered.

Additional facilities

The following facilities can be provided at additional cost:
  • IP telephone on desk with a direct dial Inwards number
  • Internet connection
  • Use of meeting rooms with a capacity up to 120 people
  • Postal franking for small volumes of mail
  • Borrowing rights to our 30,000 volume library
  • Additional ICT support by negotiation
  • Additional office services by negotiation, such as copying/printing, stationery supply etc

Our location and current tenants

The CMS building is a modern office block on the south east side of Oxford, just outside the ring road.

We are currently home to Oxford Youth Works, Oxford Centre for Youth Ministry, Faith2Share and Friends of Sabeel UK.
