Unique Holy Land Study Tour 2012



Dates: 22– 31 October

This Journey will change your life, open your eyes to the reality people live in, inspire you, challenge you, give you joy and get you passionate about sharing Jesus changing lives.

22/10 Day one: Bethlehem

Arrival at Tel Aviv airport, transfer to your hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

 

23/10 Day two: Bethlehem

Visit Bethlehem Bible College, hear a lecture from Rev Alex Awad. Then meet Pastor Dr Bishara Awad. After lunch we will visit Shepherds Field, the Church of Nativity and Milk Grotto; then we will drive to Aida Refugee Camp to visit Lajee Center and have a tour with them in the camp. Dinner and overnight in your hotel in Bethlehem.


24/10 Day three: Bethlehem, Hebron

In the morning we will drive to Hebron to visit the Christian Peace Team to learn more about them and take a tour with them in the Old City. We will then visit Mount Herod. After lunch we visit Holy Land Trust and meet Muslim and Christian Parliament Members. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.

 

25/10 Day four: Jerusalem

Visit the Wailing Wall, Temple Mount, Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa Mosque. Then we will visit the Church of St Anne, Pool of Bethesda, Via Dolorosa and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. After lunch we drive to Mt Zion to visit the Last Supper Room and King David’s Tomb. In late afternoon, we will tour Jerusalem with the Israeli Committee against House Demolition. Dinner and overnight in your hotel in Bethlehem.

 

26/10 Day five: Jerusalem

This day we will visit the Musalaha organisation and hear an inspiring talk about reconciliation between Palestine and Israel. After lunch we will drive to the Mount of Olives, visit the Garden Of Gethsemane and Kidron Valley and the Garden Tomb. Dinner and overnight in your hotel in Bethlehem.

 

27/10 Day six: Dead Sea

We will drive towards the Dead Sea, visit Jericho, Qumran and at the end of the day enjoy floating in the Dead Sea. Drive to your hotel in Nazareth for dinner and overnight.

 

28/10 Day seven: Nazareth, Tiberius

Attend church in Nazareth; then we will drive towards the Sea of Galilee (boat trip), visit Cana of Galilee, Mount of the Beatitudes, Tabgha, St Peter primacy, Capernaum and the River Jordan. We will have communion together. Dinner and overnight in your hotel in Nazareth.

 

29/10 Day eight: Nazareth

Drive to Ibillin to visit Mar Elias College and meet Father Elias Chacour;

then we will visit Megiddo, continue to Nazareth to visit the Church of Annunciation and Mary`s Well. Dinner and overnight in your hotel in Nazareth.

 

30/10 Day nine: Nazareth

Drive to Haifa to visit Prophet Elijah Church on Mt Carmel. From Haifa we will go to Caesarea, then Netanya to meet with Beit Asaf Messianic Congregation and leader Evan Thomas and then we will continue to Jerusalem, dinner and overnight in your hotel in Jerusalem.

 

31/10 Day Ten: Jerusalem Departure


Cost: £1400 per person in double occupancy (Single occupancy: £1600)

Non-refundable registration fee: £250


Deadline for registration is 1 May 2012 Full payment to be made by 1 Sep 2012.

Register before end of Jan 2012 and receive a 5% discount.


The price includes all transportation, flight and land, three meals a day, entrance fees to sites and honorarium to speakers. It also include tips for hotel staff, driver and guide. We will have a fully licensed guide with us the whole time.
