2. Wait to receive your verification code by email and then login to the website for the first time. You'll need to type your verification code into the box that appears.

3. Once you're logged in, your user display name will appear near the top right of the window. Click your display name to view your website profile.

4. First click the 'Manage Profile' link and, on the page that appears, add your UK postal address details. Be sure to click 'Update' at the bottom of the screen so that your details are saved.

5. Now you can click 'Manage Services'.

6. You'll be presented with a list of CMS subscriptions.

7. Click 'Subscribe' beside each item that you wish to subscribe to. Remember to wait for the page to refresh each time and you will see a notice confirming that you have asked to be subscribed.
