Summer AppealPlease support these mission partners with your gifts and prayers

It is not possible to tell you their names, where they live, or how God is using them to make Jesus known.
But they need your faithful prayers and your financial help.
And so do the fragile Christian communities they serve. Thank you.
£40 would cover the daily living costs of a mission partner working in *****.

Listen to one anonymous worker's testimony of living and working to support local believers in a police state. Listen >
It is a simple and hard fact that, in some countries, to become a Christian – or to insist on staying as one – is seen as a betrayal of faith. And in others as a betrayal of the state.
In both cases Christians are paying a very high price.
At best they endure daily discrimination. When seeking a job or taking exams, to have a Christian name means little chance of success. Christians are often given the most menial and low paid roles in society and are treated as second class citizens.
But at worst the situation is life threatening. The mission partners I’m asking you to support are upholding believers who are under the heel of militant atheism, radical Islam, or terrorist forces – all ready to hand out their own punishment. For example –
- churches have been bombed
- church members have been beaten, abducted, raped and even murdered
One Christian put it this way, "You missionaries may get kicked out. But we believers get kicked in."
It is in places like this that our mission partners are quietly and faithfully living the Good News. In the same way that Christ came close and lived among us, so do they. They give their time to supporting, encouraging and teaching faithful believers – many of whom have little Christian fellowship and are isolated and feeling abandoned.
Their presence gives hope.
Please support them in any way you can now:
