Sharing Jesus, Changing Lives:
a gift of hope
Dear CMS family member
Sarah, who was abandoned as a baby has been fostered with help from Jenny Green, a CMS mission partner working at Potter’s Village in Uganda. Jenny has been supported by gifts in wills.

As our mission partners strive to make Jesus known, often in difficult circumstances, they rely entirely upon your support. Billions of people around the world still don’t know of God’s love for them through Jesus.
I appreciate that many of you already give generously to CMS – thank you. Your many gifts and prayers make our work possible. You are all our much valued friends.
It is as such that I am approaching you, because there is another way to give to CMS. It’s called a gift in your will. Changing your will can be quite straightforward and a gift in your will would cost you nothing now (except solicitor’s fees). Every gift of every size is useful for God’s work.
If you give to us in your will, you would be enabling our vital Kingdom work to continue beyond the end of your life. You will be sowing a seed for future generations, and helping us work to see the world know Jesus.
We do appreciate that not everyone is able to give in this way. However, should you ever wish to change your will to include a gift to CMS, please download a codicil and send it to your solicitor. Changing your will in this way may be free of charge.
This webpage contains a response form. We appreciate that the contents of your will are very personal, but if you do choose to include us in your will we would love to be able to thank you properly. We would also prefer not to contact you needlessly about gifts in wills in future, so, if you feel comfortable doing so, do please let us know.
Whether or not you are able to include us in your will, I would like to thank you for all that you do to sustain the mission of CMS.
With every blessing
Tim Dakin - Community Leader
