Volunteer Counsellor

As CMS moves further into its life as a mission community, it is important that CMS Staff and Volunteers feel affirmed and honoured. Part of this ministry is to give support in various life events and crises, enable people to discuss personal concerns and issues, and to manage work related stress effectively and positively.
This role is independent of CMS administration, particularly UK Personnel. However the Volunteer Counsellor will meet periodically with the UK Personnel Manager to review whether there are common issues /themes arising that should be addressed within CMS. They will explore ways of doing this whilst maintaining confidentiality.
