Major Gift Fundraiser

Full time (35 hours per week)
Are you a passionate and experienced fundraiser, committed to raising funds for Christian Mission?
If so, then this could be the job for you. CMS are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to solicit major gifts from current supporters, high net worth individuals and legacy prospects. With at least three years fundraising experience and a track record of relationship management, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team and Trustees to draw individuals into the heart of CMS. You will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of project management and a real interest in the work of CMS. The successful candidate will drive the development of the major gift programme and will have a pivotal role in the organisational grants strategy. Experience of working in a cross-cultural environment would be an advantage.
